I already have a carbon fiber fork from by current bike. Can I buy just a frame?
 Short answer yes. We can even paint the frame to match or in a contrasting color. Contact us directly for color matching services.
 
Why are the prices not listed on the website.
Prices are not listed becuase pricing is highly variable depending on paint work and also the fork you choose. Contact us for exact pricing and to discuss the options currently available.
Can I specify very specific components when building a custom bike on your site?
Our site is designed to handle the more common requests. If you want to use components not listed on our site, please call us at 910.455.1011 or email us at sales@kanebikes.com.
Do I need to assemble my new bike?
The bikes are delivered partially assembled. In order to transport your cycle safely some of the items are removed. However, please contact Jack Kane Racing if you have any questions concerning the assembly. Of course you can also take the bicycles to your local shop for final assembly and adjustments.
How specific can I be when building my bike??
Jack Kane Custom Racing Bicycles can build your dream bike. If you can dream it- We can build it. We work with all major vendors and can use almost any part that is currently available. Paint Jobs can be as creative as you like. If you have an idea for a paint scheme or simply have a favorite color..... Jack can turn it into a reality.
What are the acceptable methods of payment for Jack Kane bicycle or frameset?
All payments for Jack Kane bicycles and framesets are handled through The Bicycle Shop. We accepts all major Credit Cards. We also accept personal checks (must clear prior to shipment), money orders, and cashiers checks.
What kind of warranty is included with Jack Kane Frames
All Jack Kane frames include a limited life time warranty against manufacturer defects and material workmanship. Please contact us if you have specfic questions about our warranty.
